I am a 34 year old mother of 3 children aged 14, 12 and 2. I used to weigh 80kg size 12 - 14, I now weigh 69kg, size 10 - 12. I wanted to start loosing all the blubber around my hips, stomach and thighs. I joined Boot Camp, 1 hour sesssions, two days a week, which combined internval training, plyometrics and much more such as running, squats, cardio and weights, which let me drop kilos all over the body and my body also became leaner, slimmer shape. I am very happy with Glenda's training techniques and am also starting to include one on one training. The training is affordable, professional and in the group training, the people are nice and encouraging. I would reccomend her to everyone who wants a body makeover and lifestyle lift. Just Me Training gives me a sense of motivation. I have become a lot fitter and I have been able to maintain a healthier overall lifestyle. Glenda keeps us going and we use every single muscle of our body in our training. I prefer group training instead of gyms as it more personal and I get so much more out of it.

I've been doing bootcamp for almost a year now and I feel much more fitter and healthier than before. It has given me the confidence to once again wear tight tops which I used to wear in my younger years! Glenda's bootcamp is family oriented, fun filled and action packed.
